If you post something that is open, anyone is allowed to respond to it. However, if you wish to write a thread only by yourself for major plot reasons, put closed and no one will respond.
I will also suggest the demigod diaries center in the fanfictions or art forum which, depending on what you intend to RP, may be the most appropriate place to put it.

I hope that clears it up a little bit! Let me know if you're still unsure. What did you want to RP by yourself? Is it a journal for Mark or just him at camp being by himself? In that case you can post a variety of different posts as your opener which can portray him being by himself for hours, but if it's open he can bump into someone at some point. It's bound to happen at a camp full of people ^^

The FAQ was seriously outdated, and the Staff are currently working on updating the contents. As such, if you have any questions, please feel free to send them to a member of the staff (the red and green usernames (like mine, for example)), or post them here and one of us will get back to you ASAP. ^^

((I would just like to add that I'm currently on my phone, and so coding is being a real bother because I don't remember the color codes for the red and green that we use. XDD))

I think you have to wait for the staff to find a suitable parent for the Demigod and then you get claimed(not sure myself)

After a time of RPing with your character, staff members decide which parent fits your character best. Your activity on the site and the way you play your character all matter on what is chosen and how long it will take.

Uhhh okay so I was wondering if it is possible to change a character on here still?
I remember back when I was active here that you could switch out your first character for a new one? Though I can't remember the ins and outs of that. I just feel as though I have grown tired of Ben as a character, I like him and all but things are getting too repetitive, both in RP terms and writing terms. So yeah, would it be possible for me to change out my character rather than make a completely new one or.....? It's been so long since I've been active here that I have forgotten procedures ahahaha. I just wouldn't be able to cope with two accounts and would prefer to have this one changed for another character - in an attempt to become vaguely active here again.
