The Subject Of Age

Hi everyone! So I had this question and I was wondering if there's an on-site answer to it.

So the question is, do demigod (or any non immortal) ages progress in real time? For example, say an rper first introduces his or her character, and three years later, is rping the same character. Will the character have aged three years as well, or do we play kinda in a time loop where character ages don't change?
